We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1.What items are returnable?
Within 14 days of order date,To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2.If your order has the following problems,contact us by emai or through the contact page.
(1)There is a quality problem with the goods received.
(2)Received the wrong product.
(3)The product does not match the description.
If you receive your product from us with above issues, please hold the product and all packaging. With your cooperation and photo of your package and item(s) we will investigate, offer a solution and ship out any replacements needed.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@lizardgo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3.How does the refund process and when it will through?
If you are approved for a full or partial refund, then the refund will be processed based on the payment method you used to pay for the order. If you pay order with by Paypal, then the refunded amount will be refund to your paypal account, typically it will be through at the same day. If you pay order by credit card, the refunded amount will be refund to your credit card, typically it be through in 1-3 business days, if the amount are not through after 3 business days, please contact your credit card company or bank card company to check.
